GRUPO ESMI was established in Monterrey, Nuevo León in 1996 under the name of Especialistas en Sistemas y Manejo de Información, SA de CV to provide network infrastructure and telecommunications equipment to private industry.
In 2003, it changed its corporate name to ESMI NETWORKS SA de CV. In this same year, the portfolio of services wider, including electrical and security solutions.
In 2013, BOSTECH SA DE CV was incorporated as part of the Group, carrying out the development of renewable energy projects.
Early 2016 Grupo Esmi expands its territory to Aguascalientes and by the end of the year to Guadalajara. For 2017 it becomes an international company by establishing a new company named MIBOS TECHNOLOGIES, INC for projects in the states of Texas and Oklahoma.
